Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Chicme account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
